Some years ago we came to know the activities led in the Federica Pelissero Centre (a branch of the association  “L’Airone”) based in Manta di Saluzzo; among these activities, the APES project we have been joining for quite some time now.

The aim of the project is to support the inclusion of differently able people in the world of work.

Since then, cooperating with the association, we provide our small contribution to the families of these guys hosted by the Centre, hoping to see them more and more integrated in the society we live in. We host them in the brewery for some hours a week.

During these days, we carry out with them some of the many tasks required by beer production and activities related to our farm business in general. Of course, each participant works according to his own possibilities and pace.

Although this kind of gradual integration requires constant supervision and assistance, we have an important goal: contributing to an ever increasing autonomy of these guys in the working environment, and an ever increasing social inclusion.
