A German weiss-style white beer, produced with 40% local non-malted wheat. Light opalescent, herbaceous and fruity notes to the nose, with typical banana scent, fully in style. On the palate citrusy notes embrace the lightly spicy ones to end with a pleasant refreshing citrus aftertaste.

Inspired by German helles beers but with an more hopped accent, it has a bright and clear, nice straw-yellow colour, and a white, persistent foam. Its distinctive malt aroma blends with the hop component both to the nose, with herbaceous hints, and to the palate with a balanced bitter and malted taste. Its strength is its simplicity, thanks to the balance between malts and hops, which make it a refreshing and very easy-to-drink beer.

It presents itself in a beautiful intense coppery red colour, with a fine beige foam top. To the nose malted and toasted notes blend with the hop scent and anticipate the taste. In the mouth it introduces itself sweet, but tempered by a good attenuation and by the contribution of hops. Eventually a bitter taste is perceivable, which make the drinking dry and pleasant. A beer of character.

This Indian Pale Lager beer has a strongly hopped character thanks to the intense dry hopping. Light amber colour with herbaceous and fruity notes. Bottom-fermented, unlike the most famous IPA relatives, it offers a cleanliness to the nose which makes the virtues of the hop stand out and enhances their bitter taste and aroma.

In weizen-bock style, Santa Kauss is a Christmas beer of great complexity, which recalls both the styles it embraces.

Intense brown colour, warm and round, to the nose strong sweet and fruity notes, besides a decidedly alcoholic accent. The mouth can appreciate malt, caramel, nut and banana flavours. The bitter of the hop is well balanced and makes it dry in the end, after a gently sour passage. A perfect beer for Christmas holidays and cold winter evenings.

A project born from those who live and work in the mountains and want to enhance the Alpine valleys and those who live in them 12 months a year. Alpine rye, barley and raw materials from the Po and Varaita valleys, to promote and enhance a territory rich in history and emotions. Take our Bionda, modify the recipes by inserting mountain rye, and 3841 is born.

Blonde and drinkable lager, the rye appears at the end of the sip, with a characteristic aroma … “rustic”, how to define it better?

In fact, 25% of the total fermentable is made up of chestnuts harvested, separated, shelled, peeled by hand in the woods between Venasca and Isasca, a few km from the brewery.
